On Tuesday, March 17, Ella turned two months old! I cannot believe how fast time is flying by! She has changed so much over the past month! She has developed such a great personality! She is cooing and smiling all of the time!!!! :) She recognizes our voices, sleeps most of the night, naps during the day despite all of the noise her BIG BROTHER makes, holds her head up pretty well, and eats OFTEN! :) She is perfect!
She had her two month check-up on Wednesday with Dr. Glenn. She was not a happy baby at all! As soon as I picked her up, either my necklace or the buttons on my jacket hurt her. She let out a really loud cry, and from then on NOTHING seemed to calm her down. It was also feeding time. She was right in the middle of a growth spurt and was eating every two hours! Brian tried to make sure she was fed before the visit, but between traveling and waiting in the doctor's office she was HUNGRY again. She weighed 10 pounds 5 ounces and was 22 inches long! She is growing, growing, growing. The shots were horrible! She did not enjoy the three shots in her legs at all! She didn't seem to mind the oral vaccination though.
After about an hour, we were finally able to leave the doctor's office and EAT! :)
We thank God daily for our very special little girl!
